Your Mission is to create value for the assigned brands - by building long term Brand equity with the consumer target, whilst creating below the line tools for sales promotion to support short term sales achievement.

To develop, initiate, recommend and execute the Marketing programs, adhering to global strategy guidelines and ensuring Brand objectives are achieved.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, own & be responsible for Brands strategy of his/her portfolio of brands 

  • Develop Brand / Budget plans in accordance with budgets and global Brand owners’ strategies

  • Act as “face” of the Brand in the Trade and internally, implementing training & trade specific activations.

  • Be responsible for communicating and implementing the Brand plans activations, both internally and externally

  • Agree on objectives with Off and On-Trade sales team, jointly developing plans for both channels and work on delivering these objectives in partnership with the sales teams. Develop relevant trade selling tools

  • Be responsible for BTL promotional strategy- objective setting, sign off by key internal stakeholders, ensuring thorough post-evaluation

  • Take an active role for HIA strategy development –  working with Sales teams to identify key targets, overseeing the development of activations and allocation of relevant funds and resources

  • Be responsible for budgetary control of the Brand and to manage external agencies and internal resource for key marketing actions

  • Design, build and maintain our digital/social media presence

  • Agree on forecasts and shipment plans with logistics. To oversee POSM orders and usage, including regular reviews of items

  • Fulfill reporting requirements. To develop competitor activity reporting across the marketing mix

  • Carry out regular trade visits

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues including Nielsen reports.

  • Prepare evaluative analysis of all the activations (ATL& BTL& OL) with the results of making its own recommendations for future actions

Experience and skills

  • Relevant marketing and commercial experience in a B2C oriented category

  • You are capable to manage autonomously a brand and to develop a brand plan

  • You have experience in budget management and management of several agencies/providers

  • Good understanding of the financial parameters of a P&L on which a marketer can have impact


  • Able to think conceptual and creative

  • Excellent project management skills, getting things done

  • Strong communication and convincing power
