MARKETING DIRECTOR

The position covers the responsibility of all marketing related issues whether it is of strategic or operational kind. You are within the company the voice of the customer and present in all strategic decision platforms.

 

Participate in the overall strategy, decode the company’s strategy into a successful Brand & Communication strategy, based on the market and consumer insights.  Lead the Brand & Communication department, by bringing one consistent story and so develop and optimize the DNA of the company. He/ she is also in charge of delivering an omni-channel consumer-centric marketing strategy and create a strong brand that contributes to the realization of the commercial objectives and reputation in the market.

You manage a large team divided over 6 departments: Brand strategy, Product marketing, Customer Journey, Route-to-market, Digital marketing,  Media & communication strategy.

  • Multi-channel

  • Portfolio strategy

  • Customer Value proposition and Product marketing

  • Overall media strategy, buying and content management

  • Route-to-market & activation strategy

  • Owner of all CRM,CLM  & market intelligence related initiatives

  • Seasoned marketing director with a large experience in a consumer-centric business environment  (focus on consumer marketing)

  • Ideally a combined experience within  FMCG & retail or FMCG & services

  • Was in the driver-seat for the portfolio strategy of different brands

  • Has managed large teams of more than 15 FTE

  • Believer in the strategic value of data and generates insights according

  • Large experience in stakeholder management within matrix organizations

  • Strong project leader managing big cross-functional teams

  • Able to compromise but a custodian of the strategy consistency

  • Strong sense for prioritization and DE-complexification 

  • Can switch from strategic to operational activities

  • Strong people manager, empowering but strict and focused on result not only effort

  • Has proven results and profound understanding of CRM strategy, digitalization, social media and content strategy related to that
