INTAKE

Get a thorough understanding of company, activities, challenges, market position, ambitions, culture, values, team dynamics
Definition of the role, contribution level, challenges and mandate
Precisely define the candidate’s required experience, technical competences, behavioral competencies, leadership style, and personality
Draw up a list of questions we will be focusing on during the different stages of the process

WEEKS 2-5

CANDIDATE

SCREENING

Potential candidates will be contacted and screened by our researchers and validated by the consultant
Relevant candidates will be interviewed and evaluated

WEEK 5

SHORTLIST

PRESENTATION

CV  per candidate + comments
Reporting format in line with your requirements
Leadership assessment + report  if required

WEEKS 6-9

INTERNAL

PROCEDURE

1st interview hiring manager & recruiting manager
2nd interview hiring manager & N+2 combined
References are taken from the appointed final candidate(s)
